Grievance Procedure

- Step 2 — Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 2 business days.

Technical Information
This website is built with Astro and uses standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We rely on GSAP for scroll animations and Google Fonts for typography. We test for keyboard navigability, screen reader compatibility, and color contrast as part of our development process.
